The Learning Haven is looking for passionate and skilled Phonics & Public Speaking Experts to join our growing Ed-Tech team.

This is a remote, flexible teaching opportunity for educators who enjoy working with learners, conducting engaging online sessions, and helping students develop strong communication and foundational language skills.

Position: Phonics, Spoken English & Public Speaking Expert

Work Mode: Remote / Work From Home (WFH)

Location: PAN India

Minimum Commitment: 4 working hours per day (mandatory)

Role Overview

As a Phonics & Public Speaking Expert, you will conduct engaging online demo and learning sessions for children and learners, understand their learning requirements, and create an interactive learning environment.

You may work in either or both areas based on your expertise:

Phonics

• Conduct engaging and age-appropriate Phonics sessions.

- Help learners develop phonemic awareness, pronunciation, decoding and reading skills.
- Use interactive activities, examples and practice-based learning techniques.
- Identify areas of improvement and adapt teaching accordingly.
- Maintain an engaging and supportive learning environment.

Public Speaking

• Conduct interactive Public Speaking and communication sessions.

- Help learners improve confidence, articulation, vocabulary and presentation skills.
- Conduct speaking activities, role plays, discussions and presentations.
- Encourage learners to participate actively and express themselves confidently.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance for improvement.

Demo & Learner Engagement

- Conduct professional online demo sessions for kids to adults.

- Understand the learner’s current level and learning requirements.
- Demonstrate the value of the program through an engaging session.
- Coordinate professionally with Academic Counselors and internal teams.
- Maintain punctuality and professional communication.




- Follow the organization’s session structure and academic guidelines.

Compensation

• ₹150 per 60-minute demo session

- ₹110 per 30–40-minute regular session
- ₹220 per 60-minute regular session
- ₹300–₹500 per group session
- ₹300 one-time bonus for every new enrollment generated from your assigned learner/demo

Freshers with strong subject knowledge and excellent communication skills may also be considered.
