Role Description The Pharmaceutical Technologist role is a full-time, on-site position based at Samarpan College of Pharmacy in Lucknow. The role involves preparing and compounding pharmaceutical formulations under appropriate supervision, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established standards. Daily tasks include assisting with prescription processing, managing medicines and pharmaceutical supplies, and maintaining proper documentation and records.

The Pharmaceutical

Technologist will support teaching and laboratory activities, ensure compliance with safety and quality protocols, and collaborate with faculty, students,



and healthcare partners to uphold high standards of pharmaceutical practice.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Pharmacy and Medicine, with a clear understanding of pharmaceutical principles and drug formulations.
- Candidates should possess skills in Compounding and Prescription handling, including accurate preparation, labeling, and dispensing support.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for interacting with faculty, students, healthcare professionals, and patients as needed.
- Relevant academic qualification in Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical Technology (diploma or degree) from a recognized institution.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards, quality control, and good laboratory practices in pharmaceutical settings.
- Attention to detail, robust organizational skills, and the ability to follow protocols and safety procedures consistently.
- Prior experience in a pharmacy, pharmaceutical lab, or academic healthcare environment is an advantage.
