The company brings pharmacy access, wellness essentials, prescription support, refill assistance, and doorstep delivery directly into residential societies, starting with Mumbai’s high-rise clusters.

Its model combines physical lobby-level pharmacy stores, 24-hour availability, pharmacist-led support, doorstep fulfillment, and an upcoming digital ordering experience. Designed around the idea that healthcare should be closer, faster, and more reliable for families in large residential communities, the network is currently expanding across Salsette 27, Lodha Park / Signet, and Lodha New Cuffe Parade, with further growth planned in premium communities across Mumbai.

Role Description This is a full-time, Part-time in office Pharmacist role based in Mumbai. The Pharmacist will dispense medications accurately, verify prescriptions, and provide clear guidance on dosage, usage, and potential side effects to customers.

Responsibilities include maintaining prescription records, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, managing inventory, checking expiry dates, and supporting 24-hour pharmacy operations. The role involves counseling residents on basic health and wellness, coordinating refill requests, supporting doorstep delivery processes, and collaborating with pharmacy staff to ensure smooth lobby-level service.



The Pharmacist will also help maintain a safe, organized, and customer-focused environment that aligns with the company’s premium residential service model.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong pharmacy practice skills, including prescription verification, medication dispensing, and patient counseling.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations, controlled substances handling, and adherence to professional and ethical standards.
- Candidates should possess skills in inventory management, stock rotation, and monitoring of medication storage conditions.
- Candidates should possess transparent communication and customer service skills to interact effectively with residents, physicians, and delivery personnel.
- Candidates should possess basic digital literacy skills for using pharmacy software, prescription management systems, and digital ordering tools.
- Registered Pharmacist with a valid license (B.Pharm or D.Pharm) from a recognized institution.
- Prior experience in community or retail pharmacy is preferred, especially in high-footfall or residential settings.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and on public holidays as needed.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and a strong commitment to safe medication practices and customer well-being.
