Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver effective Mathematics lessons for Classes XI and XII.

Explain concepts clearly using appropriate teaching methods, examples, and activities.

Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and other teaching-learning materials.

Conduct regular assessments, tests, and examinations.

Evaluate students' work and provide constructive feedback.

Identify students who need additional academic support and provide remedial guidance.

Encourage logical reasoning, problem-solving, and analytical thinking among students.

Maintain accurate academic records, marks, attendance, and assessment data.

Prepare students effectively for CBSE Board examinations and other competitive examinations where applicable.

Participate in parent-teacher meetings, staff meetings, school events, and other academic activities.

Maintain a positive, disciplined, and inclusive classroom setting.

Stay updated with the CBSE curriculum, assessment patterns, and teaching methodologies.
