Job Summary

Shanti Mission Academy is looking for a passionate and dedicated PGT Chemistry Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to make Chemistry concepts transparent, engaging, and practical for senior secondary students.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach Chemistry to Classes XI and XII as per the prescribed curriculum.
- Prepare and deliver effective lesson plans, classroom activities, and assessments.
- Explain complex Chemistry concepts using simple and engaging teaching methods.
- Conduct practical/laboratory sessions and ensure proper safety procedures.
- Prepare question papers, assignments, worksheets, and study materials.




- Regularly assess students' academic progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Provide academic support and doubt-clearing sessions to students.
- Prepare students for board examinations and competitive examinations where applicable.
- Maintain proper records of attendance, assessments, and student performance.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings, school events, and other academic activities.
- Maintain a positive, disciplined, and student-friendly classroom environment.
- Collaborate with other teachers and school management to improve academic outcomes.

Pay: ₹10,309.16 - ₹30,865.70 per month
