Role & responsibilities

- Handle cash and non-cash transactions accurately and efficiently.

- Process customer requests such as:

- Cash deposits and withdrawals

- Cheque processing

- Demand drafts

- Account servicing requests

- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries.

- Promote and cross-sell banking products such as:

- Savings Accounts

- Current Accounts

- Fixed Deposits

- Insurance Products

- Investment Products

- Ensure operational accuracy, compliance, and adherence to bank policies.

- Deliver a positive customer experience to improve customer retention and referrals.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, BA, B.Sc preferred).

- 0 to 5 years of experience in Banking, Financial Services, Customer Service, or Sales.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Valuable understanding of banking products and branch operations.

- Customer-centric approach with the ability to handle queries and resolve issues effectively.

- Strong cross-selling and relationship management skills.

- Ability to manage cash and non-cash transactions accurately.

- Basic knowledge of KYC, account opening, and banking compliance processes.
