We are looking for a responsible, well-mannered, and trustworthy Personal Assistant cum Driver to provide driving and personal assistance support. The candidate should be punctual, organized, flexible, and comfortable handling both office and personal tasks.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive the employer safely to meetings, appointments, events, and other locations.
- Maintain the vehicle in a clean and presentable condition.
- Follow traffic rules and ensure safe driving at all times.
- Manage daily travel schedules and routes efficiently.
- Assist with personal and administrative tasks as required.
- Handle document collection, bank visits, courier services, and other errands.
- Coordinate with office staffs and other contacts when required.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding personal and business information.
- Keep track of vehicle fuel, servicing, insurance, and other routine requirements.
- Be available for occasional travel and extended working hours when required.
- Perform other duties assigned by the employer/management.

Requirements




- Valid LMV Driving Licence.
- Previous driving experience will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of Kozhikode and nearby areas.
- Clean driving record and good road-safety awareness.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Punctual, reliable, versatile, and well-groomed.
- Previous experience as a Personal Driver, Executive Driver, Personal Assistant, or Office Assistant will be an advantage.

- Trustworthy and responsible.
- Polite and respectful.
- Good time-management skills.
- Willingness to handle both driving and support duties.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Note : Salary will be decided based on the candidate's experience, driving skills, communication, and overall suitability for the role. Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
