Must Have

- Strong technical understanding of performance testing methodology.

Experience in Performance and Load Test Engineering

- HP Loadrunner (VUGen) automation development and proficiency in scripting protocol - Web/HTTP, Java. Knowledge of other protocols is a plus.

- Understanding of HP Performance Center or similar industry tools.

- Knowledge on Performance Result Analysis.

- Experience working with and carrying out performance analysis of Qlik Sense Dashboards,

- Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence.

- Good hands-on knowledge of Java and C.

- Operating systems - Linux and Windows.

- Other programming languages/scripting language (e.g. Java, shell, python etc)

- Basic understanding of technical infrastructure and application working on it e.g. VMs, Java, MQ, WAS, DB, WMB etc

- Experience in test strategy definition and test planning

- Capable of creating scripts & scenarios,



running and analyzing test results in JMeter/ LoadRunner tool, configuring in monitoring tools e.g., Grafana/AppDynamics and setting up agents in application and Database servers

- Positive team player who embraces teamwork and mutual support.

Nice to Have

- Jmeter testing experience

- Strong background in SDLC and Agile (Scrum) software development methodology.

- Experience working with Data warehousing Google Cloud Big Query and/or Java Applications

- CI/CD 4 + years (good to have)

- Experience in Functional testing using Selenium Webdriver

- Prior experience in MI projects

- Experience within Middle Office IT, Change functions or Operations functions
