AssistHub Pro is an offshore staffing and managed services company serving small and mid-sized businesses across North America. Our India team, employed through Assisthubpro Private Limited, works directly with clients in Canada and the US across professional services, agencies, and e-commerce. We're hiring a paid media specialist who can run campaigns for multiple North American clients and prove results with data.

The Role

You will plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising (Bing), Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube for several client accounts at once. You will work North American business hours, communicate directly with clients, and own your numbers.

What You'll Do

- Build, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube, Microsoft Advertising, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads
- Manage multiple client accounts and budgets at the same time, with clear prioritization
- Do keyword research, audience building, and targeting for North American markets (US and Canada)
- Write and test ad copy and brief designers on static, carousel, and video creative
- Run structured A/B tests on ads, audiences, bids, and landing pages
- Set up and maintain conversion tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel and Conversions API, and the LinkedIn Insight Tag
- Monitor performance daily and adjust bids, budgets, and targeting to hit CPA and ROAS targets
- Prepare weekly and monthly client reports with clear insights and next steps
- Join client calls and explain performance in plain English

What You Must Have

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on paid media experience, managing live budgets yourself
- Direct experience running campaigns on all five: Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising,



Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube Ads
- Deep expertise in at least two of these platforms
- Experience managing campaigns for US, Canadian, UK, or Australian audiences
- Proven track record handling multiple campaigns or client accounts at once
- Strong command of GA4 and Google Tag Manager
- Comfort with CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, and attribution
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills
- Excellent written and spoken English for direct client communication
- Willingness to work North American hours (EST/MST overlap, night shift IST)

Work from home Setup (mandatory)

- Personal laptop (minimum i5 or equivalent, 8GB RAM, less than 4 years old)
- Broadband connection of 50 Mbps or higher, plus a mobile hotspot backup
- Power backup (inverter or UPS)
- Quiet, dedicated workspace and a noise-cancelling headset

Required Certifications (current)

- Google Ads Search Certification
- Google Ads Display or Video Certification
- Google Analytics (GA4) Certification

Preferred Certifications

- Meta Certified Media Buying Professional
- Microsoft Advertising Certified Professional
- LinkedIn Marketing Labs certification

Nice to Have

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Agency experience managing 5 or more accounts
- Experience with HubSpot, Looker Studio, or landing page builders (WordPress, Unbounce)
- Experience in B2B lead generation or e-commerce
