We are looking for an expert Performance & Digital Marketing Specialist to drive the growth of our D2C fragrance brand.

Responsibilities

- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies.

- Manage and optimize Meta Ads, Google Ads and other paid channels.

- Drive customer acquisition, sales and revenue growth.

- Optimize ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPC, CPM and conversion rates.

- Develop and test high-performing ad creatives, audiences and funnels.

- Manage remarketing and customer-retention campaigns.

- Analyze marketing data and continuously improve campaign performance.

- Develop digital marketing strategies across social media, influencers and e-commerce.

Requirements

- Proven prior experience in Performance & Digital Marketing is mandatory.

- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.

- Prior experience scaling D2C/e-commerce brands strongly preferred.

- Strong understanding of marketing funnels, analytics and conversion optimization.

- Must be data-driven, commercially focused and results-oriented.

- CANDIDATES WITH PROVEN RESULTS AND CASE STUDIES WILL BE PREFERRED

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
