As a Performance Marketing Associate- Ecommerce, you’ll work closely with our performance team to plan, execute, optimise and analyse paid marketing campaigns for multiple clients.

You’ll get hands-on experience across Meta Ads, Google Ads and other performance channels, while learning how to turn business objectives into campaigns that drive measurable growth.

This role is ideal for someone who is data-driven, commercially minded and eager to build deep expertise in performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in developing and executing performance marketing strategies across Meta, Google and other relevant platforms.
- Set up, manage and optimise campaigns across audiences, targeting, creatives, budgets, bidding and placements.
- Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve ROAS, CPA, conversions and scalability.
- Analyse campaign data and translate insights into actionable optimisation strategies.
- Work closely with creative teams to develop and test high-performing ad creatives, hooks and messaging.
- Assist with tracking and measurement, including GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Events Manager and conversion tracking.
- Support e-commerce performance across Shopify, Google Merchant Center, product feeds and analytics.
- Prepare performance reports and communicate key insights to senior team members and clients.




- Conduct competitor and audience research to identify recent growth opportunities.
- Stay updated with changes in advertising platforms, industry trends and performance marketing best practices.

Requirements

- 2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, paid media or digital advertising.
- D2C & Ecommerce Led Advertising
- Basic working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Understanding of key performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, CPM and conversion rate.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working with numbers, data and spreadsheets.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to take ownership.
- Good communication skills.
- Prior experience in a digital marketing or advertising agency
