About the Role

Novami Infotech Pvt Ltd is looking for a Performance Marketing Expert with 1+ year of hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads. The ideal candidate should be passionate about digital advertising, data-driven marketing, lead generation, and campaign optimization.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Manage campaigns across Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Develop lead generation and conversion-focused advertising strategies.
- Conduct keyword research, audience research, competitor analysis, and market research.
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, CPC, CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversions.
- Continuously optimize campaigns to improve lead quality and ROI.
- Create and test different ad copies, creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking and campaign analytics.
- Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.
- Coordinate with the SEO, Social Media, Graphic Design, and Web Development teams.
- Stay updated with the latest Google Ads, Meta Ads, and digital marketing trends.

Required Skills
- 1+ year of practical experience in Performance Marketing.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.




- Good understanding of CPC, CPM, CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS, Conversion Rate, and ROI.
- Experience in lead generation campaigns.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics / GA4 and Google Tag Manager is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets simultaneously.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.

Preferred Qualifications
- Google Ads certification is an added advantage.
- Experience handling B2B, B2C, local business, or service-based campaigns will be preferred.
- Experience with high-budget campaigns and lead-generation funnels will be an advantage.
