We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager with 4+ years of experience. If Ads Manager is basically your second home and you’ve stopped taking CPC fluctuations personally, we should talk.

And yes, we’re looking specifically for someone who has worked with D2C brands. That part is non-negotiable.

What you’ll be doing

- Own paid marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, Display, Search & Amazon
- Build and execute performance strategies around acquisition, activation, conversion and ROI
- Manage budgets and optimise campaigns across multiple channels
- Work closely with clients and Account Managers on performance, insights and expectations
- Partner with Sales to improve lead generation
- Work with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager for conversion, event and website tracking
- Define KPIs,



analyse performance and identify opportunities to improve ROI
- Run A/B tests, experiments and CRO initiatives
- Work on retention, re-engagement and continuous performance improvement
- Collaborate with Design and SEO teams to align creative and channel strategy
- Manage LinkedIn Ads and Amazon Ads
- Plan and execute influencer marketing and WhatsApp broadcast campaigns.

What we’re looking for

- 4+ years of experience in Performance Marketing / Paid Media
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads & Google Ads
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager
- D2C brand experience is mandatory
- Prior agency experience is mandatory
- Experience managing $50K+ advertising budgets
- Strong hands-on experience across Google Search, Display, YouTube, Meta, LinkedIn & Amazon Ads
- Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, analytics and performance KPIs
- Experience with influencer marketing and WhatsApp broadcasts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup workplace
- Someone who enjoys being hands-on and figuring things out rather than just making a strategy deck and calling it a day

Compensation: Up to ₹9.6 LPA + incentives
