Position- Performance Marketing Executive

Location: South Delhi (In-office)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Alternate Saturdays off)

Office Time: 10:00am to 7:00pm

Salary: 40 to 70k

Experience: 3 to 5yrs

About the Company:

We are a design-led mass premium tableware with a deep focus on ceramics. We sell across Amazon India, Flipkart, quick commerce, and our website. We are building one of India's most loved tableware brands and are looking for someone who can own every rupee of our marketing spend across every channel we operate on.

THE ROLE

You own performance marketing end to end Amazon ads, Flipkart ads, Meta, and Google. You are data-obsessed, move rapid, and treat every rupee of ad spend as your own money. You understand D2C brand building alongside performance you know the difference between buying revenue and building it. You report directly to the Head of Ecommerce and Founder.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

Amazon Advertising

- Full ownership of Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display
- Build and maintain campaign architecture from first principles
- Weekly bid optimisation, keyword harvesting, negative targeting, and budget allocation
- TACOS target below 10% sustained. ACOS target below 18%
- Active Helium 10 or equivalent use keyword research, competitor tracking, rank monitoring
- A/B testing on creatives, keywords, match types, and bid strategies continuously

Flipkart Advertising

- Flipkart Sponsored Products and Performance Ads as vendor model scales
- Catalogue visibility, promotional placements, and campaign management




- Platform-specific optimisation for Flipkart audience and search behaviour

Meta Ads

- Full funnel Meta campaigns awareness, consideration, and conversion
- Retargeting and lookalike audience management
- Creative briefing and performance analysis work with content creator on what to produce
- CAC and ROAS targets set and maintained month on month
- D2C website traffic and conversion optimisation via Meta

Google Ads

- Google Shopping campaigns for D2C website
- Search and display campaigns for brand and category keywords
- YouTube pre-roll for brand awareness when relevant

Data and Reporting

- Daily maintenance of data across all channel for all
- Weekly performance report across all channels every metric, every Monday without being asked
- Monthly advertising P&L; spend vs revenue vs contribution margin by channel
- Work with MIS team daily data drives every decision
- Flag any campaign bleeding money immediately not at weekly review
- Identify top performing SKUs and double down cut or fix underperformers

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- 3+ years experience in performance marketing at a D2C brand brand side prefered
- Has independently managed Amazon Sponsored Ads with documented TACOS results.
- Atleast managed an ad spend of 3 lacs and above just on amazon.
- Has run Meta ads for a D2C brand understands full funnel, not just conversion campaigns
- Has run Google Shopping or Search campaigns not just aware of it
- Understands D2C unit economics CAC, LTV, ROAS, contribution margin
- Comfortable building performance dashboards in Google Sheets
- Works with data instinctively pulls reports before making any recommendation
- Has worked in home, lifestyle, kitchen, or consumer goods category — preferred
- Based in or willing to commute to South Delhi daily
