Role Overview: We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive (Meta Ads) to take complete, hands-on ownership of our Meta acquisition engine. You will be the primary operator driving our day-to-day ad strategy – including structuring campaigns, deploying creative assets, and aggressively scaling our user base. This is a high-visibility, execution-heavy role.

You will be actively managing accounts and deploying capital in a fast-paced, heavily backed startup environment. If you have a strong bias for action and want to accelerate your career by working directly with an accomplished founder in the consumer space, we want you on board.

Key Responsibilities:

- End-to-End Meta Management:



Take full, hands-on ownership of the daily operations and continuous optimization of the SoulSensei Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad accounts.
- Campaign Execution: Autonomously build, structure, and take new campaigns live within Meta Ads Manager, ensuring precision in targeting, budgets, and bidding strategies.
- Asset Integration & Management: Manage the seamless addition, organization, and testing of creative assets. Ensure the right images, videos, and ad copy are paired dynamically with the right audiences.
- Full Operational Control: Act as the primary operator for all Meta account hygiene, quality assurance, budget pacing, and performance tracking, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.

Who You Are

- Experience: You have 1 to 2 years of proven, hands-on experience operating directly within Meta Ads Manager.
- Industry Background: You come directly from the consumer (B2C) industry. You understand the nuances of consumer behavior, brand-to-consumer communication, and the mechanics of high-volume acquisition.
- Technical Execution: You know the Meta Business Suite inside and out, from deep ad set configurations to dynamic asset library management.
- Ambitious & Detail-Oriented: You have a flawless operational track record, a highly organized approach to campaign structures, and the ambition to grow rapidly alongside an elite team.
