Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Performance Marketing Executive based in Delhi, India, with some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves planning and executing performance marketing campaigns, conducting market research, creating strategic plans, and optimizing digital marketing channels. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive lead generation, improve campaign performance, and meet business objectives.





Responsibilities also include analyzing campaign metrics, preparing performance reports, and ensuring consistent results.

Qualifications

- Robust skills in Market Planning and Market Research to develop and evaluate effective marketing strategies
- Proficiency in Sales and Marketing to drive campaign performance and align marketing initiatives with business goals
- Excellent Communication skills for clear collaboration with internal teams and external partners
- Analytical mindset with experience in managing KPIs and performance metrics
- Familiarity with digital advertising platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, and LinkedIn is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Ability to multi-task, adapt to a hybrid work environment, and meet deadlines effectively
- Prior experience in a performance marketing role is a plus
