We are looking for an experienced Meta Ads qualified who has hands-on experience in both:

- Product-Based Businesses: Driving sales with strong ROAS
- Service-Based Businesses: Generating consistent, high-quality leads

Role Overview We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive / Meta Ads Expert who can independently plan, execute, optimize, and scale campaigns across multiple client accounts.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Meta Ads, data analysis, funnel optimization, creative testing, and performance marketing strategy.

Key ResponsibilitiesMeta Ads Management

- Plan, launch, manage, and scale Facebook & Instagram Ads
- Handle multiple ad accounts simultaneously
- Manage campaigns for:
- Product-based brands - Focus on ROAS & profitability
- Service-based businesses - Focus on lead quality & conversion

Campaign & Creative Strategy
- Build and manage:
- Campaign structures
- Ad sets
- Ads
- Develop and execute creative testing strategies
- Test different audiences, creatives, offers, and messaging
- Identify winning combinations and scale them

Funnel Optimization
- Optimize:
- Product sales funnels
- Lead generation funnels
- Landing pages




- Conversion journeys

Work closely with:
- Creative Team
- Social Media Team
- Website & Funnel Team

to ensure campaigns have the right creatives, landing pages, offers, and tracking setup.

Experience Required

- Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads
- Proven experience in:
- E-commerce Performance Marketing
- Service-Based Lead Generation
- Digital Marketing Agency experience is mandatory
- Experience managing multiple ad accounts
- Must have worked on real campaigns with measurable results
