We are looking for a data-driven and results-oriented Performance Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in the D2C ecosystem. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns with the objective of driving traffic, conversions, customer acquisition, and revenue.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of paid advertising platforms, campaign optimization, analytics, audience targeting, and performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Manage campaign setup, targeting, budgets, creatives, placements, and optimization.
- Monitor daily campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Track key metrics such as ROAS, CAC, CPA, CPC, CTR, CPM, CVR, and overall revenue.
- Conduct audience research and create relevant customer segments.
- Manage prospecting, retargeting, and remarketing campaigns.
- Conduct A/B testing of audiences, creatives, copy, placements, and campaign structures.
- Work closely with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives.
- Analyze campaign data and make performance-driven recommendations.
- Monitor customer acquisition costs and campaign profitability.




- Prepare regular performance reports and communicate campaign insights.
- Identify underperforming campaigns and implement optimization strategies.
- Monitor competitors and identify market and advertising trends.
- Support the development of customer acquisition strategies for D2C brands.
- Coordinate with other marketing teams to ensure campaigns align with overall business objectives.

Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
- Valuable understanding of Google Ads.
- Strong knowledge of D2C performance marketing.
- Understanding of ROAS, CAC, CPA, CTR, CPC, CPM, CVR, and LTV.
- Knowledge of Meta Pixel, Google Analytics 4, conversion tracking, and attribution.
- Knowledge of Shopify or other e-commerce platforms is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to interpret data and convert insights into actionable strategies.
- Good communication and reporting skills.

Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in performance marketing.
- Previous experience with D2C/e-commerce brands will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
