Job Summary

Zepomart Etail Private Limited is looking for a Performance Marketing / Marketplace Ads Executive to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across e-commerce marketplaces.

The candidate will be responsible for improving sales, ROAS, ACOS and overall advertising performance through effective campaign management and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities

- Create, manage and optimize Amazon PPC / Amazon Ads campaigns.
- Manage advertising campaigns on Flipkart, Myntra and other marketplaces.
- Monitor and optimize ROAS, ACOS, TACOS, CTR, CPC and Conversion Rate.
- Perform keyword research, search term analysis and competitor analysis.
- Manage campaign keywords, bids, budgets and targeting.
- Identify and add negative keywords to improve campaign efficiency.
- Monitor daily ad spend, sales and campaign performance.
- Analyze SKU-wise advertising performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare daily and weekly advertising performance reports.




- Coordinate with Marketplace and Creative teams for campaign requirements.
- Support the team in achieving sales and advertising targets.

Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in Amazon Ads, Marketplace Advertising, Performance Marketing or E-commerce.
- Basic knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Amazon PPC.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Understanding of ROAS, ACOS, TACOS, CPC, CTR and Conversion Rate.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interest in E-commerce and Digital Marketing.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Freshers Can Apply Freshers can apply if they have basic knowledge of Amazon Ads, Excel and Performance Marketing and are willing to learn.

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on experience, skills and interview performance.
