? The Role — In Plain Terms

You own the ad performance for our coaching clients, end to end — and the ROI is yours to carry.

Your job is to scale accounts to ₹1–2 lakh/day in ad spend while keeping them profitable, across both Meta and Google Ads.

You've run webinar and workshop funnels before, so you understand that the metric that matters isn't just leads — it's:

Registrations → Show-ups → Sales → Cash Collected → ROI

You live in the numbers. You make the scale / hold / kill calls.

When a client wins on ROI, that's on you. When they don't, that's on you too.

This is a full-ownership seat. ?

? What You'll Actually Do Day to Day

- ? Own and scale coaching ad accounts toward ₹1–2L/day across Meta and Google Ads, profitably.
- ? Carry the ROI number for your clients.
- ? Run webinar and workshop funnels — driving registrations that show up and convert to cash.
- ? Monitor CPL, cost per registration, show-up rate, ROAS and cash collected daily.
- ? Build and test creatives, audiences and angles that convert for coaching offers.
- ? Work with the funnel and creative team to fix what the data identifies as broken.
- ? Report performance clearly using the numbers that actually matter.




- ⚡ Make quick scale / hold / kill decisions based on data.

? What We're Looking For
- Expert-level knowledge of both Meta and Google Ads — not one or the other.
- ? Experience managing significant ad budgets across both platforms.
- ? Proof you've scaled accounts to ₹1L+/day while maintaining ROI.
- ? Experience running webinar and workshop funnels.
- ? Understanding of registrations, show-up rates, sales and cash collected — not just lead volume.
- ? Experience in the coaching / info-product ecosystem.
- ? Strong analytical ability and the confidence to make scale/hold/kill decisions independently.
- ? Obsessed with ROI and cash collected, not vanity metrics.

? What We're NOT Looking For
- ❌ Strong on Meta but weak on Google — we need both.
- ❌ Experience limited to lead generation without webinar/workshop funnels.
- ❌ Experience only with small budgets and no proven scaling experience.
- ❌ Pure e-commerce/D2C background with no coaching or info-product exposure.
- ❌ Someone who optimises for clicks, impressions or lead volume instead of revenue.
