THE ROLE | PERFORMANCE MARKETERWe’re looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer with hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads, particularly for D2C brands. You’ll be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and optimising paid campaigns across different budgets to drive conversions, customer acquisition, and business growth.

Key responsibilities:

- Plan and execute paid campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Manage campaigns for D2C brands, focusing on sales, ROAS, and customer acquisition.
- Handle both small and large advertising budgets efficiently.
- Monitor and optimise campaign performance, including CPA, CTR, conversion rates, and ROAS.
- Conduct audience research, retargeting,



A/B testing, and creative testing.
- Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with creative and account management teams to improve campaign outcomes.

REQUIREMENTS
- Experience: 3–4 years in performance marketing.
- Prior experience working with a digital marketing agency is essential.
- Proven hands-on experience running ads for D2C brands, with a clear understanding of e-commerce performance metrics.
- Strong expertise in both Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Experience managing and optimising both small and large campaign budgets.
- Good understanding of ROAS, CPA, CAC, CTR, conversion tracking, and funnel optimisation.
- Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and campaign reporting.
- Strong analytical skills, budget management capabilities, and a results-oriented approach.
