Job Post – PeopleSoft Finance & Supply Chain Functional Lead

We are looking for an experienced PeopleSoft Finance & Supply Chain professional to lead application support and functional operations for a large organization.

Location - Pune

Exp - 15+ years

Notice period - immediate to 60 days

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end production support for PeopleSoft Finance & Supply Chain applications.
- Provide strong functional expertise across PeopleSoft Finance and Supply Chain modules.
- Manage and resolve production issues, functional incidents, enhancements, and application support requirements.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide effective functional solutions.
- Lead a team of 10+ resources , ensuring effective delivery, issue resolution, and day-to-day support operations.
- Drive support processes, prioritization, escalations, and continuous improvement.




- Coordinate with technical teams and other stakeholders for issue resolution and application stability.
- Ensure smooth functioning of PeopleSoft applications in a large-scale enterprise environment.

Must-Have Skills:

- Strong PeopleSoft Finance functional experience .
- Robust PeopleSoft Supply Chain functional experience .
- Strong functional expertise with hands-on experience in application support.
- Experience in a leadership/team management role .
- Proven experience in end-to-end production support in a large organization.
- Experience managing a team of 10+ resources .

Good to Have:

- Experience in the Healthcare domain .
- Experience working in large, complex enterprise environments.

Ideal Candidate: A strong PeopleSoft functional professional who combines Finance & Supply Chain expertise with production support leadership and people management experience .
