Experience : 5-7 years

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

- 5+ Years Experience
- Experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 and 9.2 modules: HR Core, Payroll, Advantages, ESS, MSS, Recruiting.
- Experience with People Tools 8.5x, People Code, PS query, BI publisher, SQR
- Skilled at working on inbound & outbound interfaces using Application engine & File layouts.
- Good Knowledge of loading data in Peoplesoft using Component interfaces
- Handson experience on Unit Testing, Requirement validation, & support
- Good Analytical skills – Quick to simplify complex topics.
- Experience and knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology
- Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft tools, including PeopleCode, Application Designer, Integration Broker, and Component Interface.
- Proficiency in SQL, SQR, and PeopleSoft Application Engine.
- Familiarity with PeopleSoft Fluid User Interface and PeopleTools upgrades/patching.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Leveraging AI tools for code optimization and automation.
