Overview

- We are looking for a highly motivated graduate fresher with strong analytical and organizational skills to join our People Operations team. This role is ideal for candidates who have a good understanding of MS Excel, computer applications, and data management processes, along with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

- - - Good problem-solving and organizational skills.Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).

- Strong knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, lookup functions, pivot tables, data management).

- Good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of data.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Qualifications
