Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Pega Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 3–6 years of hands-on experience with Pega and a strong ability to train and mentor candidates/IT professionals in Pega technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging, instructor-led training sessions on Pega Platform.
- Train participants on Pega concepts, application development, case management, workflows, and best practices.
- Develop and update training materials, presentations, exercises, and practical assignments.
- Provide hands-on guidance through real-time projects and practical use cases.
- Assess trainees' progress through assignments, tests, and practical exercises.
- Clarify technical questions and provide individual guidance to learners.
- Stay updated with the latest Pega platform features, tools, and industry practices.
- Collaborate with the technical team to improve training content and learning outcomes.

Required Skills
- 3–6 years of experience in Pega development/training.
- Robust knowledge of Pega Platform / Pega PRPC.




- Good understanding of Case Management, Workflows, UI, Data Models, Integration, and Reporting.
- Experience with Pega development and real-time project implementation.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple and practical manner.
- Experience conducting online or classroom-based technical training is preferred.
- Pega certification (CSA/CSSA/CPDC or equivalent) is an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate
- Previous experience as a Pega Trainer, Technical Trainer, Pega Developer, or Pega Consultant.
- Comfortable delivering both theoretical and hands-on training.
- Strong mentoring and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to create practical, project-based learning exercises.

Pay: ₹9,371.83 - ₹39,771.72 per month
