Role Overview The Pega Developer designs, builds, and maintains Pega applications with a strong grasp of core platform concepts such as class structure, rule resolution, inheritance, and the case lifecycle. The role focuses on end-to-end solution design, from process modeling and case design to integration with external systems using Connect REST and Service REST. A key expectation is independent troubleshooting and root-cause analysis using Tracer and Clipboard for real-world scenarios.

The developer also upholds Pega guardrails and best practices, participates in peer code reviews, and ensures high-quality, scalable deliverables.

Required Qualifications

- Hands-on knowledge of Pega Platform core concepts: class structure, inheritance, rule resolution, and case lifecycle
- Ability to model processes and design end-to-end case types and flows
- Proficiency with Pega debugging tools (Tracer, Clipboard) for independent root-cause analysis
- Experience implementing integrations using Connect REST and exposing services via Service REST




- Understanding of integration patterns and end-to-end solutioning approaches
- Experience conducting peer code reviews and enforcing Pega guardrails and coding standards
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to troubleshoot independently

- Contribute to end-to-end solution design, ensuring robust architecture and clean integration boundaries
