Key Responsibilities:

- Design develop and execute test plans test cases and test scripts for PEGA applications

- Perform functional regression integration system UAT and end to end testing

- Validate PEGA case management workflows business rules decision tables and process automations

- Test PEGA applications built on

- PEGA Customer Service

- PEGA Customer Decision Hub CDH

- PEGA Sales Automation

- PEGA Marketing

- PEGA BPM Solutions

- Validate integrations with external applications APIs databases and third party systems

- Perform API and web service testing for REST and SOAP integrations

- Execute data validation and migration testing activities

- Identify document track and verify defects throughout the testing lifecycle

- Collaborate with PEGA developers architects business analysts and stakeholders

- Support user acceptance testing and production release validation





- Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies and quality assurance initiatives

Technical Requirements:

- Technology Package Testing PEGA Testing

Additional Responsibilities:

- Knowledge of PEGA application architecture and business process management concepts

- Experience validating assignments stages SLA rules routing logic and case processing

- Hands on experience in API testing using Postman or similar tools

- Solid understanding of STLC defect management and QA methodologies

- Experience with JIRA Azure DevOps or similar test management tools

- Knowledge of SQL and database validation techniques

- Experience working in Agile delivery environments
