- Key Responsibilities
- Design develop and configure PEGA applications using Smart Investigate frameworks
- Build and manage end to end case lifecycles flows assignments and validations
- Develop and maintain integrations with external systems using REST SOAP APIs
- Lead and mentor PEGA development teams perform design and code reviews
- Implement and support Smart Investigation for Securities use cases aligned with banking and regulatory processes
- Implement asynchronous processing using PEGA Queue Processors
- Participate in and support SWIFT related banking transaction workflows and investigations
- Collaborate with business analysts architects and QA teams in an Agile Scrum environment
- Support production releases upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives
- Mandatory Skills
- 6 years of experience with PEGA
- Hands on experience with Smart Investigate Smart Disputes Smart Investigation for Securities
- Understanding of banking disputes fraud and investigation processes
- Exposure to Banking systems and SWIFT messaging workflows
- Experience working with REST and SOAP APIs PEGA Queue Processors Services Connectors and asynchronous processing
- Ability to leverage AI features for faster development and quality improvements
