Role Description The PCB Fabricator will be responsible for manufacturing, assembling, and testing printed circuit boards used in advanced radar and related electronic systems. Day-to-day tasks include interpreting PCB design files and engineering drawings, preparing materials, operating fabrication equipment (such as etching, drilling, plating, and lamination machinery), and performing soldering and component mounting as required. The role involves conducting visual and electrical inspections, following quality and safety standards, documenting work, and collaborating with engineers and technicians to resolve design or production issues.
This is a full-time, in office role based in Kolkata,
requiring consistent coordination with the local production and R&D; teams.
Requirements
- Experience in PCB assembly and rework.
- Strong hands-on skills in SMT and THT (Through-Hole Technology) soldering.
- Ability to read and understand schematics, BOMs, and assembly drawings.
- Familiarity with microscopes, soldering tools, and test instruments.
- Diploma / ITI or equivalent experience in Electronics or PCB Manufacturing.
- RF PCB experience and exposure to prototype or R&D; environments are preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform SMT and through-hole soldering of PCB components.
- Carry out PCB assembly, inspection, rework, and component replacement.
- Mount RF connectors, shielding cans, and related hardware.
- Follow ESD, quality, and documentation procedures.
- Support prototype builds and debugging.
- Work on the assembly and rework of analog, digital, and RF PCBs for prototype and low-volume production.
