Key Responsibilities
- Market Advisory: Provide strategic advisory to Super High-Net-Worth (Super HNI) clients across Equity, Derivatives, Currency, and Commodity markets.
- Portfolio & Book Management: Individually manage client portfolios with an AUM / book size of ₹25 Lakhs and above.
- Revenue & Activation: Drive revenue generation and client trading activity through research-backed advisory.
- Financial Profiling & Asset Allocation: Conduct in-depth financial reviews, analyze client goals,
and build customized investment portfolios.
- Cross-Selling Solutions: Expand client engagement by cross-selling Mutual Funds, Portfolio Management Services (PMS), and Insurance products.
- Client Acquisition & Retention: Acquire high-net-worth clients and maintain strong existing relationships through structured periodic meetings.
- Query Resolution & Operations: Resolve client complaints and operational queries promptly within predefined TATs.
- Team & Advisory Development: Monitor, coach, and elevate advisory skills across the team via regular call tracking, weekly targets, meetings, and strategy calls.
