About the Role:

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Payment Operations Associate to drive our daily payment operations. In this role, you will ensure the seamless execution of payouts and actively monitor the health of our payment gateways. Beyond day-to-day execution, you will be instrumental in tracking transaction data, spotting critical trends, and surfacing actionable insights that highlight operational wins and drive business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process daily seller payouts accurately and efficiently using dedicated banking and crypto dashboards.
- Monitor payment gateway health in real-time, proactively tracking authorization rates, approval rates, and identifying sudden dips or increases in failed transactions.
- Investigate payment anomalies and transaction failures,



coordinating closely with technical teams to ensure swift resolution.
- Act as the primary point of contact across various departments to address internal queries regarding transaction statuses, discrepancies, and refunds.
- Analyze key business metrics, such as Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) uplifts, and flag sudden performance shifts or operational wins to management.
- Leverage advanced reporting tools to generate daily payment performance summaries, sharing strategic updates and actionable insights with the team regularly.

Key Requirements:

- Min 2 years of hands-on experience in payment operations within the Fintech, E-commerce, or Payment Processor industries.
- Solid practical understanding of major payment gateways, with a strong preference for candidates experienced with platforms like Razorpay.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for daily data manipulation, analysis, and metric tracking.
- A naturally analytical mindset with a deep understanding of essential payment metrics, including GMV, authorization rates, and approval rates.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex payment data into clear, concise updates for leadership and cross-functional teams.
