We are looking for a diligent Payment Posting Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate entry of insurance and patient payments, ensuring our financial records remain precise and up-to-date. We value accuracy and a methodical approach to financial reconciliation.

Job Resposibility

- Accurately post insurance and patient payments into the billing system.

- Apply adjustments, denials, and refunds in strict accordance with payer guidelines.

- Balance daily batches to ensure financial integrity.

- Manage the reconciliation of payments and generate detailed reports as needed.

- Process payments related to Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance providers.

- Experience working with medical billing systems, EOBs (Explanation of Benefits), and ERAs (Electronic Remittance Advice).

- Robust understanding of insurance payment processes and reimbursement policies.

- Knowledge of payer-specific guidelines and common denial codes.

- Comfort working with structured data and high-volume financial transactions.

- Proficiency in generating financial and reconciliation reports.
