We are hiring an experienced Patient Counselor to support cancer patients and their families and coordinate their hospital journey.

Responsibilities

- Counsel and guide patients and families.
- Handle patient calls, WhatsApp enquiries and follow-ups.
- Coordinate appointments, investigations and admissions.
- Explain hospital procedures and treatment schedules.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing and billing teams.
- Maintain patient records and confidentiality.

Requirements

- Graduate in B.Sc. Psychology/ M.Sc. Psychology/ BA Psychology/ MA Psychology.
- Minimum 2 years of hospital/patient counseling experience – Mandatory.
- Strong communication, counseling and follow-up skills.
- Basic computer/MS Office knowledge.
- Good command of Marathi, Hindi & English.
