Key Responsibilities

- Attend to patients and their attendants and provide assistance throughout their hospital stay.
- Coordinate with patients, doctors, nurses, billing, insurance, pharmacy, diagnostics, and other departments.
- Handle patient queries, requests, and concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Assist patients with IP admission, room allocation, discharge, billing, and related processes.
- Coordinate with the concerned departments to minimize delays in patient services.




- Collect patient feedback and communicate concerns to the concerned HOD/management.
- Handle complaints and grievances with empathy and escalate unresolved issues appropriately.
- Maintain good communication and professional relationships with patients and attendants.
- Support patients and attendants with information regarding hospital services, procedures, and facilities.
- Conduct regular rounds in IP areas to understand patient requirements and service concerns.
- Maintain proper records/reports related to patient feedback, complaints, and service issues.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, SOPs, and patient-safety standards.
- Support the hospital team in improving overall patient experience and satisfaction.
