We are looking for a Patient Counsellor cum Cosmetology Consultant to join our aesthetic clinic team. The candidate will be responsible for managing and counselling patients, explaining suitable aesthetic treatments and procedures, and coordinating patient follow-ups, particularly in the absence of the dermatologist.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and attend to patients in the absence of the dermatologist.
- Counsel patients regarding their hair, skin, and aesthetic concerns.
- Explain treatment procedures, advantages, expected outcomes, and treatment plans to patients.
- Address patient queries and ensure a smooth patient experience.
- Coordinate with doctors and the clinic team whenever required.
- Follow up with patients regarding consultations, treatment plans, and appointments.
- Maintain proper patient records and follow-up details.
- Support the clinic team in achieving patient satisfaction and treatment conversion goals.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- BDS / BHMS / BAMS qualification.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
- Previous experience in an aesthetic, cosmetic, dermatology, or hair clinic is mandatory.
- Hair transplantation Experience is an added advantage
- Good communication and patient counselling skills.
- Ability to confidently explain aesthetic and cosmetic treatments.
- Languages: Telugu, English, and Hindi.
- Pleasant personality with a professional and patient-friendly approach.
Work Location: Hitech City, Hyderabad. Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
