About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and confident Part time Telecaller to support lead generation, customer communication, and follow-ups across our ventures, including ResultPrep, CarCall, and other business initiatives. Proper training will be provided for each assigned process.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to assigned leads and prospects.
- Follow up with leads regularly and maintain timely communication.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
- Explain products, services, and offers clearly to prospective customers.
- Handle basic customer queries and objections professionally.
- Maintain accurate lead and call records in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Update lead status, follow-up dates, responses, and remarks regularly.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly targets.




- Coordinate with the reporting team regarding lead status and conversions.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and minimize missed or unattended leads.

Requirements

- Strong communication skills in English and Kannada.
- Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with customers.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and computer operations.
- Good follow-up and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Target-oriented and consistent in meeting assigned goals.
- Prior telecalling, sales, customer support, or lead-generation experience is an advantage, but freshers are welcome.

Performance & Growth
- Performance will be monitored based on the follow-ups, lead management, and conversions. Performance-based incentives will be provided based on applicable targets and results.
