Madrix Media is looking for enthusiastic, confident and well-organised college students to work as part time event assistants for our corporate events, conferences, exhibitions and networking events in Chennai.

This is an excellent opportunity for college students looking for flexible, event-based work alongside their studies while gaining practical experience in event management and corporate hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the reception and registration desk during events.
- Welcome and assist guests, delegates, speakers and visitors.
- Handle attendee registration and verify registration details.
- Distribute name badges, event kits and other materials.
- Maintain attendee lists and assist with basic data entry.
- Guide guests to the appropriate halls, sessions and seating areas.
- Support the event management team with general coordination and on-site assistance.

Requirements
- College students and freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Friendly, confident and professional attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge is an advantage.
- Valuable organisational and interpersonal skills.
- Punctual and comfortable interacting with guests.
- Available to work at event venues across Chennai.




- Willingness to work occasional morning, evening or weekend shifts, depending on the event schedule.

Compensation & Work Schedule
- Payment: ₹1,000–₹1,500 per event.
- Working hours: Approximately 4–8 hours per event.
- Work type: Freelance / Part-time / Event-based.
- Schedule: Flexible, depending on upcoming event requirements.
- Location: Various event venues across Chennai.
- Experience: No prior experience required; training and event instructions will be provided as needed.

Event assignments will be shared in advance, allowing candidates to choose assignments based on their availability and college schedule.
