Job Summary The Tattva Corporate Office, Dehradun, is looking for a polite, presentable, responsible, and service-oriented Pantry Executive to manage the day-to-day pantry operations and provide refreshments and pantry services to management, employees, and visitors.

The ideal candidate should maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, punctuality, and professional behaviour.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, drinking water, and other refreshments as required.
- Serve refreshments to management, employees, and office visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the pantry, dining/refreshment area, and related spaces.
- Wash and maintain cups, glasses, crockery, cutlery, and pantry utensils.
- Ensure adequate availability of tea, coffee, sugar, milk, drinking water, and other pantry supplies.
- Monitor pantry inventory and inform the concerned person when stocks are running low.
- Assist with purchasing and receiving pantry supplies when required.
- Maintain proper storage of pantry items and ensure cleanliness of storage areas.
- Keep the pantry equipment clean and in good working condition.
- Ensure that food and beverage items are handled and stored hygienically.
- Support the housekeeping team when required to maintain cleanliness in common office areas.
- Assist in arranging refreshments during meetings, conferences, and official events.
- Maintain a qualified and courteous attitude while interacting with senior management, employees, and visitors.
- Follow all company hygiene, safety, and workplace policies.




- Perform other pantry-related duties assigned by management or the Administration Department.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in pantry services, office pantry, hotel, restaurant, or a similar hospitality environment preferred.
- Basic knowledge of tea, coffee, and beverage preparation.
- Good understanding of hygiene and cleanliness standards.
- Pleasant personality with a polite and service-oriented attitude.
- Well-groomed and professionally presentable.
- Honest, punctual, reliable, and disciplined.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional behaviour in a corporate environment.

Qualification Minimum: 10th pass preferred.

Relevant experience in office pantry, hotel, restaurant, or hospitality operations will be an advantage.

Working Conditions

- Full-time position at Tattva Corporate Office, Dehradun.
- Duty hours will be as per company policy.
- Weekly off will be provided as per the organization's duty roster.
- The position requires regular interaction with management, employees, and official visitors.
