We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Paediatric Physiotherapist to join our child development team. The ideal candidate should have experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, developmental delays and other neurodevelopmental conditions, with an understanding of sensory and motor needs.

The therapist will work closely with children and their families to support gross motor development, coordination, balance, strength, functional mobility, motor planning and participation in everyday activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct paediatric physiotherapy assessments and identify individual motor and functional needs.
- Plan and implement individualised therapy programmes based on each child's developmental level and goals.
- Work with children with ASD, ADHD, developmental delays, hypotonia, motor coordination difficulties and other developmental conditions.
- Incorporate sensory-motor activities appropriately within physiotherapy sessions.

- Use play-based and child-friendly therapeutic approaches to improve participation and engagement.




- Collaborate with Speech-Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Special Educators and other professionals as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Provide parents/caregivers with appropriate home programmes and guidance.
- Maintain accurate therapy documentation, assessment reports, treatment plans and progress records.
- Monitor and document the child's progress and modify therapy goals as required.
- Participate in case discussions, team meetings and parent feedback sessions.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy (BPT/MPT) from a recognised institution.
- Experience working with children, preferably in a developmental or paediatric therapy setting.
- Good understanding of ASD, ADHD and developmental delays.
- Knowledge of sensory processing and sensory-motor needs.
- Ability to engage children through play and motivating activities.
- Good observation, clinical reasoning and documentation skills.
- Solid communication and parent-counselling skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- A patient, empathetic and child-centred approach.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
