Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day packing operations in refinery/edible oil plant.
- Manage packing manpower and shift activities.
- Ensure proper packing, labeling, weighing and dispatch processes.
- Monitor production targets, quality and material utilization.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Stores and Dispatch departments.
- Maintain packing-related records and reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
