Summary

As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing application releases and ensuring the overall stability of the system environment. Daily activities also involve utilizing standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that maintain compatibility and optimize performance.

Collaboration with various stakeholders to align technical solutions with organizational goals is an integral part of the work, ensuring seamless operation and continuous improvement of the applications.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain high availability and reliability.
- Document configuration changes and maintain accurate records to support audit and compliance requirements.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB), CMDB Developer.
- Strong understanding of configuration management principles and database management within ServiceNow environments.
- Experience with integration techniques using APIs and web services to connect ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.
- Ability to utilize low-code/no-code platforms to customize and extend application functionality effectively.
- Familiarity with release management processes and tools to support application deployment and version control.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to application configuration and performance.

Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office / Location is flexible.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
