Summary

As an Integration Developer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing application releases and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the system. Daily activities also involve utilizing standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across various components.

Collaboration with different teams to monitor system health and implement necessary adjustments is an integral part of the work routine.

- Expected to perform independently and become an subject matter expert.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective application configurations.
- Monitor application performance and proactively identify areas for improvement to enhance user experience.
- Document configuration changes and maintain detailed records to support system audits and knowledge sharing.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Skilled & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM), ServiceNow Integration Developer.
- Strong knowledge of configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules to meet business needs.
- Experience working with APIs and integrating third-party applications within the ServiceNow platform.
- Familiarity with low-code development environments and tools to streamline application enhancements.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application performance and stability.
- Understanding of release management processes and best practices for software deployment.

Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office / Location is flexible.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
