Collaboration with different teams to address challenges and optimize application functionality is a key part of daily activities. Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.




- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal operation.
- Document configuration changes and maintain knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance. Qualified & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow, ServiceNow Platform, ServiceNow Core Developer.
- Experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules to meet business needs.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow APIs and integration techniques.
- Ability to use low-code platforms and tools for application development and automation.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address technical challenges within packaged applications.
- Understanding of release management processes and system stability best practices.
