Isiri Technologies INC is looking for experienced Package Consultants - Workday Integrations with strong expertise in Workday integration development, Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience designing, developing, testing, deploying, and troubleshooting complex Workday integrations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Workday Integration Development

- Design, develop, configure, test, and deploy complex Workday integrations..
- Develop integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and Workday Web Services..
- Build inbound and outbound integrations between Workday and external applications..
- Develop scalable integration solutions based on business and technical requirements..
- Configure integration systems and integration attributes according to project requirements..
- Implement integration patterns for employee, payroll, benefits, finance, recruiting, and other Workday data..

2. Workday Studio

- Develop and maintain complex integrations using Workday Studio.
- Design integration flows involving multiple transformations, validations, routing, and error-handling mechanisms.
- Implement reusable integration components and frameworks.
- Troubleshoot Studio integration failures and performance issues.

3. EIB Integrations

- Develop inbound and outbound EIB integrations..
- Configure EIB templates, data sources, transformations, and integration attributes..
- Work with custom reports as integration data sources..
- Configure document transformations and XSLT where required..




- Perform integration testing and troubleshoot data and configuration issues..

4. Core Connectors

- Work extensively with Workday Core Connectors..
- Configure and customize connectors for employee, payroll, benefits, and other business processes..
- Configure connector fields, integration attributes, filters, and event-related requirements..
- Analyze and resolve connector errors..
- Troubleshoot data synchronization and integration issues..

5. Workday Web Services & APIs

- Work with Workday SOAP Web Services and REST APIs..
- Consume and expose web services for integrating Workday with third-party applications..
- Work with WSDL, XML, SOAP, REST, and JSON..
- Understand API authentication mechanisms..
- Troubleshoot web service and API integration issues..

Experience & Qualifications

- 7–9 years of experience in Workday integration development..
- Strong hands-on experience with Workday Integrations..
- Experience with Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors..
- Strong understanding of inbound and outbound integrations..
- Experience integrating Workday with third-party applications..
- Hands-on experience with Workday Web Services and APIs..
- Good knowledge of SOAP, REST, XML, JSON, and WSDL..
- Experience with transformations and XSLT..
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills..
- Ability to understand business and technical integration requirements..
- Experience working with employee, payroll, advantages, finance, recruiting, or related Workday data is beneficial..
