Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for Package Consultants specializing in SAP HANA SCM MM (7–9 years of experience) and SAP HANA SCM SD (7–9 years of experience). The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to analyze supply chain requirements, design and configure SAP MM or SD modules on HANA, and optimize end-to-end materials and sales processes.

Day-to-day responsibilities include system configuration, integration with related SAP modules, participation in workshops, documentation of functional designs, and support during testing, cutover, and go-live. The role also involves troubleshooting issues, performing root-cause analysis,



and providing ongoing enhancements to improve operational efficiency. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and clear communication of technical solutions in business terms are key aspects of this position.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust expertise in SAP Materials Management (SAP MM) and Materials Management processes, including configuration and support.
- Candidates should possess experience with SAP Warehouse Management and related inventory and logistics processes.
- Candidates should possess a solid understanding of end-to-end business processes in supply chain, procurement, and/or sales and distribution.
- Candidates should possess strong analytical skills to translate business requirements into effective SAP HANA SCM MM or SD solutions.
- Candidates should possess hands-on experience with SAP HANA-based SCM environments, including integration with other SAP modules (e.g., FI, PP, SD/MM).
- Candidates should possess effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; SAP certifications in MM, SD, or HANA SCM are an advantage.
- Experience in full lifecycle SAP implementations, upgrades, or rollouts, preferably in large or complex enterprise environments.
