Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Package Consultant specializing in SAP HANA FIN FI and SAP HANA FIN CO, ideally with 7–9 years of relevant experience and availability to join immediately. The consultant will configure, implement, and support SAP HANA Finance (FI/CO) modules, aligning solutions with client business processes and financial reporting needs.

Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and analyzing business requirements, designing system workflows, executing configurations, supporting integrations with related modules, and preparing functional documentation. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams,



participating in testing and user training, resolving incidents and performance issues, and providing continuous process improvement recommendations.

Qualifications

- Robust Finance and Accounting knowledge, including financial reporting, controlling, and compliance practices.
- Hands-on expertise in SAP FICO, particularly SAP HANA FIN FI and SAP HANA FIN CO configuration, implementation, and support.
- Well-developed Analytical Skills to interpret business requirements, troubleshoot complex issues, and optimize system performance.
- Consulting capabilities to work with stakeholders, conduct workshops, document requirements, and propose scalable solutions.
- 7–9 years of experience in SAP Finance consulting, preferably in end-to-end implementation and support projects.
- Experience in on-site client engagement, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Understanding of integration with other SAP modules (such as MM, SD, and HR) and basic knowledge of SAP best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering, or related field; professional certifications in SAP FICO or SAP HANA are an advantage.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
