Role Description The Owner role at Restart Energy India is a full-time, on-site position based in Navi Mumbai, responsible for overall business direction, performance, and growth. Day-to-day activities include setting strategic goals, overseeing operations, managing finances, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies. The Owner actively engages with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders to build partnerships, negotiate key agreements, and maintain high service standards.

This role involves leading and mentoring team members, establishing clear processes,



and monitoring key performance indicators to drive efficiency and profitability. The Owner also evaluates market trends, identifies recent opportunities, and makes data-informed decisions to support sustainable expansion of the business.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in business ownership, entrepreneurship, or senior leadership within the energy or related sectors.
- Strong operational management capabilities, including budgeting, resource planning, and process optimization.
- Proficiency in strategic planning, market analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
- Effective leadership and people management skills, including team development and performance oversight.
- Solid understanding of financial statements, cash flow management, and investment planning.
- Knowledge of relevant energy industry regulations and commitment to safety and compliance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field; an advanced degree or MBA is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Navi Mumbai on a full-time basis and adapt to a fast-changing business environment.
