Role Description The Owner role at Baker Hughes in Indore is a full-time, on-site position responsible for overseeing business operations and driving strategic growth in alignment with the company’s energy technology objectives. The individual in this role will manage day-to-day activities, including supervising teams, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring that projects and services meet quality, safety, and efficiency standards. They will monitor performance metrics, manage budgets and resources, and support continuous improvement of processes and customer experience.

The role includes developing and implementing local business plans,



maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, and representing Baker Hughes’ values in interactions with customers and partners. The Owner will collaborate closely with regional and global leadership to align local initiatives with broader organizational goals.

Qualifications
