Role Description The Owner role is a full time, on-site position based in Ernakulam, responsible for overseeing overall business operations, strategic direction, and growth initiatives for VVDN Technologies in the region. This role includes setting business objectives, monitoring performance, and ensuring alignment with the company’s global vision and standards. The Owner manages key stakeholder relationships, including major customers, partners, and internal leadership, and provides guidance on product, engineering, and manufacturing priorities.

Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing financial performance, supervising local leadership teams,



making decisions on investments and resource allocation, and ensuring compliance with corporate policies and regional regulations. The role also involves identifying new market opportunities, driving operational excellence, and fostering a collaborative, inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications

- Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience guiding cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- Proven experience in business strategy, operations management, and P&L; ownership within technology, engineering, or manufacturing domains.
- Solid understanding of product engineering, software development, and electronics manufacturing processes, preferably in areas such as IoT, networking, or embedded systems.
- Financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills for engaging customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Ability to work on-site in Ernakulam and collaborate effectively with global offices and R&D;/manufacturing centers.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Management, or a related field; entrepreneurial or ownership experience is highly beneficial.
- Familiarity with global technology markets, regulatory requirements, and best practices in quality, compliance, and operational efficiency.
