Role Description The Owner role at D Square Consulting Services is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The owner will oversee overall business strategy, service delivery, and operational excellence across staffing and IT services. Daily responsibilities include developing and executing growth plans, maintaining key client relationships, and guiding HR staffing, IT staff augmentation, and offshore hiring initiatives.

The role involves leading and mentoring internal teams, setting performance targets, and ensuring consistent, high-quality talent delivery. The owner will also manage financial performance, compliance, and risk, while identifying new market opportunities and strategic partnerships to expand the firm’s footprint.

Qualifications

- Strong leadership, people management, and team-building skills to guide and grow a multidisciplinary organization.
- Proven experience in staffing, recruitment, or talent acquisition, preferably across multiple industries such as IT, healthcare,



manufacturing, or engineering.
- Background in IT services or IT staff augmentation, with an understanding of product development, implementation projects, and technical resource planning.
- Business development, client relationship management, and negotiation skills to drive revenue and sustain long-term partnerships.
- Financial acumen, including budgeting, P&L; oversight, and strategic resource allocation.
- Knowledge of compliance considerations in domestic and offshore hiring, including C2C arrangements and international workforce practices.
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills, with the ability to operate in a quick-paced, high-growth environment.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, HR, IT, or a related field; entrepreneurial or prior ownership experience is highly beneficial.
